Question: How does ShoutNow charge?

Answer: ShoutNow uses a credit system called Shout Credits.  They may be purchased as needed or in prepurchased buckets.  $1.00 = 10 Shout Credits.

Question: How can I pay for my ShoutNow credits?

Answer: We use PayPal so you know that your identity and information is safe!

Question: What does a Shout Credit do for me?

Answer: Each Shout Credit is 1 minute of calling time.  Whether we call you to record a message or it is used to distribute that message to a list of phones or in a Shout Campaign.

Question: Is there a way that I can pre-calculate how many Shout Credits a Shout will use?

Answer: Yes!  You can go to ***insert link to pricing calculator*** and estimate the number of people you will send it to and the length of the message to find out (or choose a list if you are logged in!)
